Identify suitable options to address fish passage through Dartford town centre, caused by a number of significant barriers between the town and Powder Mills. An initial walkover by Environment Agency and South East Rivers Trust was carried out in 2016, to inform funding bid development, and potential solutions discussed. Engagement and consultation required with local communities and stakeholders to further develop and deliver the proposed projects.
